Elementary Teachers Training Course (ETT) is two years course which plays a very
vital role for teachers. It is equivalent to BTC (Basic Training
Certifaicate). BTC or ETT certificate is essential for those who are applying
for primary teachers in a governmaent primary schools.

This course is already running in Jammu & Kashmir, Punjab and in Bihar and thousands of teachers are getting good employement on its basis.
In Lucknow, Nehru National Institute of Technology & Management (NNITM) is an only institute which is running Elementary Teacher’s Training (ETT) Course.
It offers both regular and permanent courses.
